Welcome to Minomog's Loyalty Program! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, benefits, and procedures of our loyalty program. By joining our loyalty program, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a member.

The Minomog Loyalty Program is designed to reward our customers for their continued support. The program offers various benefits including points accumulation, exclusive offers, and early access to new collections.

Membership is available to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid email address
  • Complete the registration process

Membership is free of charge and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Earning Points:

  • Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases at Minomog stores or online
  • Bonus points may be awarded during special promotions
  • Points are credited to your account within 48 hours of purchase
  • Points earned from returned items will be deducted from your account

Redeeming Points:

  • 500 points = $25 reward certificate
  • 1000 points = $60 reward certificate
  • 2000 points = $150 reward certificate
  • Reward certificates can be used for any purchase at Minomog stores or online
  • Certificates must be redeemed within 90 days of issuance
  • Certificates cannot be combined with other discount offers unless explicitly stated

The Minomog Loyalty Program consists of three membership tiers:

Bronze Tier (0-999 points accumulated annually):

  • Basic points earning (1 point per $1 spent)
  • Birthday gift
  • Seasonal promotion emails

Silver Tier (1,000-2,499 points accumulated annually):

  • Enhanced points earning (1.25 points per $1 spent)
  • All Bronze benefits
  • Early access to seasonal sales (24 hours)
  • Free standard shipping on all orders

Gold Tier (2,500+ points accumulated annually):

  • Premium points earning (1.5 points per $1 spent)
  • All Silver benefits
  • Early access to new collections (48 hours)
  • Free expedited shipping on all orders
  • Exclusive Gold member events
  • Personal styling services
  • Anniversary gift

Tier status is calculated based on points accumulated during the calendar year (January 1 - December 31). Your tier status will be updated at the beginning of each new calendar year based on your previous year's activity.

  • Points expire 24 months after they are earned if not redeemed
  • Accounts with no activity for 18 consecutive months may be deactivated
  • Prior to deactivation, we will send a notification to your registered email address
  • Deactivated accounts can be reactivated by making a purchase or contacting customer service, but expired points cannot be reinstated
  • Members can check their point balance and expiration dates through their online account or by contacting customer service

Minomog reserves the right to:

  • Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
  • Change the structure of the loyalty program, including point values, redemption rules, benefits, and tier requirements
  • Terminate the loyalty program with reasonable notice to members
  • Cancel individual memberships for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms

If the program is terminated:

  • Members will be given at least 30 days' notice
  • Members will have 90 days after the termination date to redeem their points
  • After the 90-day redemption period, all unredeemed points will be forfeited

Any changes to the program will be communicated through our website and/or email to registered members.

By joining the Minomog Loyalty Program, you agree to receive communications related to the program, including:

  • Point balance updates
  • Reward certificate notifications
  • Program announcements and changes
  • Exclusive offers and promotions

You can manage your communication preferences through your account settings or by contacting customer service.

The information collected through the loyalty program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website. We use your personal information to administer the loyalty program, personalize your experience, and for marketing purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
