Exchange for the right size
Our nearby warehouses are out of your size. Here's how we'll fix it:
- Keep the item you received — no return shipment needed.
- Pay a $ handling fee and we'll ship the correct size to you.
- You end up with both items — original plus the new size.
Check the size guide on the product page if you're unsure.
Return the item for a full refund
Ship the item back to our return center. We refund 100% — no restocking fees.
- Use any carrier — USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL.
- Customer covers return shipping cost.
- Refund issued within 1–3 business days of delivery.

After we approve, you'll see a tracking-submission form on your status page to enter the carrier number.
Damaged on arrival — we'll send a replacement
We're sorry about this. Send us a clear photo of the damage and we'll fix it right away:
- Keep the damaged item — no return shipment needed.
- Free replacement ships within 1–3 business days of approval.
- Upload at least photo(s) showing the damage so we can verify quickly.
Wrong color shipped — that's on us
We're sorry about the mix-up. Here's how we'll make it right:
