Why can't I fill out an online return form?
We have renewed our online store to improve the customer experience.
Orders placed before 2nd of September with an order number beginning with 3, will not be found in the system and can be returned without an online return form notification. Otherwise, follow the return instructions.
Orders placed from 2nd of September onwards kindly submit a return, please find the order in your account or click here to use the guest form.
Why didn't I receive a return label with my order?
If your pre-paid return label is missing or damaged, please contact customer service at [email protected] for a copy to be emailed to you.
Does the right of return apply to all products?
All products eligible for return must have their tags and labels in place.
Products discounted by 40% or more and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
Fabric orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
Laundered items are not eligible for return.
Bedding sets are accepted only in their individual undamaged bags.
Swimwear must have the hygiene strip in place.
Can I return a discounted item?
Products discounted by 40% or more and cut-to-measure fabrics are final sales and ineligible for return.
Return policy
Marimekko US has a 30-day return policy. Unused and undamaged products bearing all original product identifiers and tags can be returned, except for fabrics that have been cut to order.
Exchanges are not possible in our online store. You must return the product and place a new order for the product you want.
Depending on availability, Marimekko's official stores may help with in-store exchanges.
Please note that EQ3 stores cannot process returns of Marimekko products purchased at Marimekko.com.
Online returns can be processed in Marimekko-owned stores. Except for orders placed using PayPal, Klarna, or ApplePay, which should be returned online.
Stores can also process returns for a gift card.
In all cases, please ensure that proof of purchase is present.
Laundered items are not eligible for return.

Return instructions
Please note: If your order was placed before Monday, June 3rd, 2024, you may send your return with the included return shipping label in your order without proceeding with the below steps. If you have any questions, reach out to [email protected].
To submit a return, please find the order in your account or click HERE to use the guest form.
The pre-paid return shipping label should be included in the box with each order. In case the label is misplaced please contact [email protected] to obtain a copy.
- Pack the item(s) carefully. Please ensure that all items are in the original condition with tags attached.
- Please include the paperwork that came with your order in the same parcel.
- Drop off the parcel at the carrier’s office and save the return tracking number for your records. If return shipping cannot be tracked and receiving the return is not confirmed by the warehouse your refund cannot be processed.
The refund is usually processed within 10 business days of receipt, and a return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
If you prefer to use your own label, please use a trackable and insured shipping method.
Please notify us of the new return tracking number to ensure a timely refund.

Please note that any item discounted by 40% or more is a Final Sale.
All fabrics are cut-to-order and, therefore, cannot be returned.
Minomog reserves the right to refuse any return received after the 30-day return period.
