Shipping Policy

At Minomog, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. This shipping policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and costs. Please read this information carefully before making a purchase.

Standard Shipping:

  • $6.49 flat rate for all standard domestic orders under $100
  • FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders of $100 or more

Note: We currently do not offer expedited, rush, or overnight shipping options. All orders are shipped via standard shipping.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays), processing may take longer

Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 6–15 business days from the date of order placement
  • This includes 2–5 days for order processing and 4–10 days for shipping

Please Note: These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported (standard shipping only)
  • P.O. Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and select European countries
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method
  • Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days
  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped
  • You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in the email or by logging into your account on our website
  • For standard shipping, tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent
  • If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team

Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24 hours as sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before the actual delivery
  • After 24 hours, please check with neighbors and at any alternate delivery locations
  • If you still cannot locate your package, contact our customer service team within 7 days of the indicated delivery date

Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged items
  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and order information
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate

Incorrect or Missing Items:

  • If you received incorrect items or your order is missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
  • Please have your order number ready when you contact us
