Item arrived not in a box but foam and had no label to say it's contents were fragile. As soon as I picked it up I knew it was broken, upon opening, a shard of glass was poking through the foam and half of it was shattered as per photos.

Contacted seller to resolve and all they've done is ask if the included bulb was broken (it wasn't as it was in a box inside the foam) and have not messaged since my reply.
